Beauty Sleep
Beware of getting wrinkles in your crib.
As it turns out, it's not how much sleep you get, but how you sleep that affects the way your face looks. According to the Scandinavian Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, eight hours with your face buried in your pillow is a big no-no.
Years of doing that has been proven to cause furrowing in your brows. They also report that side sleepers suffer from extra wrinkling in the cheeks and chin. As good as that soft pillow feels, you're etching some serious lines in your face.
SO...what to do? You can stand in line for Botox or you can start to sleep on your back. Those perfect-skinned-Scandinavians swear it prevents those awful sleep lines and may even REVERSE the problem.
If you're in a three block radius of my home, and you hear a dragon roaring in the middle of the night, don't be alarmed. That would be me, beauty sleeping on my back, wrinkle-free and snoring like no other.

Funny, you should bring this up. Just got a fresh dose of Botox and thought to myself....Self, you should try
the back-sleeping thing. 2 am, 3 am.....zzzzz. Plan B, save my money for another round when this wears off.
