Dessert Infusions
I like my whipped cream in a can, not a bottle.
Since I've never been a fan of flavored vodkas, (unless you put real fruit in them yourself), but have always been a fan of whipped cream, you can imagine my rubber neck when I passed a bottle of Smirnoff's new Whipped Cream flavored Vodka.
WTF? I got nauseous just reading the label.
Apparently, Smirnoff is trying to make itself relevant and cool to younger adult drinkers in their 20s and 30s but many see these kind of "sweet" infusions as moves to lure under-age drinkers. I agree.
Unfortunately, I wasn't a part of the marketing research but if I was, I would have been the first one with my hand up. I would have also mentioned that if you can't throw Jalapeno olives in it, it's not worthy.
James Mosher, president of Alcohol Policy Consultations, went as far to state that "this is not a drink that a mature adult is going to prefer"...
Especially a mature adult who loves her Whipped Cream STRAIGHT UP and out of the can (or tub if we're on a Coolwhip bender).
No wonder they call this stuff Pornahol.

Yes, all this alcohol with the bent towards kids is awful. Sounds disgusting. And, if adults want to spice up our whipped cream, we'll do it ourselves.
