8 Glasses A Day
Water gets me going.
One of my health-nut friends insists that her clear skin, healthy weight and overall good condition is due to her religiously drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Have you ever tried that? It's hard!
"Does the water in coffee count?" I asked.
"It has the complete opposite effect" she declared, "It dehydrates you. In fact, you of all people should get on the water wagon."
I'm trying...I'm really trying, but can we talk for a second about the increased bathroom trips? I can't make it 12 aisles in a supermarket without having to pee. In fact, I can barely make it through an hour exercise class. I want to start taking Yoga, too, but I'm not sure that I can make it through the 75 minute routine.
Not that it matters, but people do stare at you when you bolt out of an exercise class.
When you gotta go, you gotta go. In fact, I have the whole air travel thing down to a science. Aisle seat and I'm the first one up at the 10,000 feet-ok-for-electronics-ding to use the bathroom.
OK... I have some issues, but I'm working to keep my pipes clean and my skin glowing.
Note to my nerds: Can someone create an app that tells you where all the public bathrooms are in each city? Call it Whiz Kid...and cut me in on the profits while you're at it.

You can drink Seltzer water it's like soda without the chemicals. Also look for Ice water it has 0 calories with essential vitamins&antioxidants.I am having a orange mango. So good! Comes in different flavors.

Hey I say liquid is liquid. I drink, I pee, If I laugh too hard .....well now I drink and have a little "poise" to protect myself. Whiz Kid? I make the peeing statue look mild!
