Who Would You Do?
February's Vanity Fair cover prompts the famous question.
I am a big fan of Vanity Fair Magazine. Although it can sometimes feel like an intellectual version of People Magazine, I have absolutely no trouble reading it cover to cover. I even like the sleek ad pages. You can always count on a fragrance "lift here" page or two as well. These are particularly useful if you leave your magazine in the bathroom. After you tear down the flap, it can act as a wonderful room deodorizer.
I have never seen my husband read this magazine but occasionally the beautiful Annie Leibowitz cover photos will prompt a question. This month, with Daniel Craig, George Clooney and Matt Damon on the cover, the question is, "Who would you do?"
I think that he thought that I was going to pick George Clooney because I have always referred to him as great arm candy."Hmmm...let's see" I said as I grabbed the magazine.
"Definitely not Matt Damon. He just doesn't have that look like he knows what he's doing". I observed.
"Is it the hat?" my husband asked.
"It doesn't help." I said.
After a few more seconds I handed the magazine back to him and said, " 100% Daniel Craig".
"Not George?" he incredulously replied.
"Nope, not George." I said. "He has that look like, 'what can you do for me?'" I analyzed.
(I'm not sure that my husband thought this would turn into anything more than a Yes or No answer.)
"Daniel, on the other hand, has that 'let me show you what I can do for you' look. That gets me every time," I offered.
"You got that out of a photo?" he said.
"That's only half of it." I replied.

I agree , definitely Daniel Craig . He has this sultry 'I can turn you inside out ' look that is just dreamy. George ? Nah , he changes girls like he changes sock and Matt............ well Matt is too safe , so Daniel here I come, YOU READY ?
