His & Her Breathe Rights

Getting on our game face for bed.

With competitive snoring about to send us into marriage therapy, and with me just inches away of performing deviated septum surgery on my husband in the middle of the night, (and...I might add, my husband, just inches of away of doing the same to me), I decided to try those sticky Breathe Right nasal strips in an effort to get a snore-free sleep.

We're two weeks into the product trial and I'm happy to say, IT'S WORKING! I went for the Maximum Strength Clear Strips that have a see-through plastic band embedded into some very sticky adhesive. When you put it on, you instantly feel the sides of your nose opening and you can breathe like you were a Miele canister vacuum.

We've learned that correct application is key. You need to apply it to super clean skin (no moisturizer in that area) otherwise you'll find it sticking somewhere else in the morning.

Even though the strips are "clear", you can still see them and they make your nose look exceptionally wide...not so attractive, but if you're both wearing them, then you've leveled the playing field, and that makes for a very fair game.
