Supplement Overdrive
They are starting to take over my life!
I see a preventive health doctor who spends most of her time studying ways for her patients to stay healthy for as long as possible. She does a complete blood work up and dials in your nutritional needs based on your personal chemistry and hormones. Every time I leave there she adjusts my regimen of vitamins and supplements. One problem is trying to remember what to take (there is a memory supplement also). Then you have to remember when to take them. On top of all of that there are TOO MANY TO TAKE! Shit, it can't be this bad to age, can it? Isn't it bad enough the stuff you see on the outside? Sagging skin, wrinkles, and age spots? Now the inside needs help also? I worry that the more I age, the more stuff I am going to have to take. When traveling, I now have to take a separate suitcase just for the supplements. Time will tell if this stuff really works, for now I'm going to hope they don't take over my life!

Nutritional supplements are big business. Be careful. They want you take boatloads of these pills. It's like that old adage you can't eat just one.
