Competitive Snoring
If I'm going to do it, I want to be the BEST at it.
Snoring is a sound made in the upper airway of your throat as you sleep. The sound is made as the flow of air causes tissue in the back of your throat to vibrate. Since snoring is an involuntary sport, it is difficult to control the level of sound that comes out of your throat. Thus it is not included as a category in AMERICA'S GOT TALENT. Too bad because my husband could have been a contender. He happens to be an awesome snorer. Sometimes he can snore so loud that our bedroom shakes and the pictures on the wall become askew. Crazy as it sounds though, he never wakes himself up doing it. Even crazier, he denies that he snores.
It kind of GRINDS my gears.
I have recently discovered that I too, have the gift of snoring. (If you ask my kids, they'll tell you that I have always snored, especially when falling asleep on the chair in the family room watching TV.)
Now comes the competitive factor. Evenings at my house are a mad dash to the bedroom to see who can fall asleep first. For me to win, I need to have a glass of wine in my system. That turns me into a human wind tunnel. I can make the neighbors dog start barking that's how loud it is.
Snoring is the kind of thing that can get between couples. It can even lead to separate bedrooms. So, if you find yourself on the losing side of snoring, try these earplugs. It will keep you in the game until you too can perfect your talent.

At 75 you write the same message twice so you won't forget you wrote it already! It's better than snoring!

Or like us , you both snore so loud that you
1) either wake each other up and blame one another
or
2) you just snore right thought it and sometimes wake up and the kick the one still sleeping
for us it is the music that puts us to sleep .................or not

You can ask Robbie - m husband snores SO loud that the walls literally rattle. And on top of that - my adorable, lovable, 80 lb yellow lab has a deviated septum and snores so loud that you can't even hear the TV when she is sleeping in the same room. So at night - its like snoring in surround-sound I CANNOT sleep without my earplugs -and I have tried them ALL - even custom made expensive ones that didn't work. The one and only thing that works are the disposable Flents Quiet Please Foam Ear Plugs. I buys the 25-pair pack - at least 3 at a time. Trust me - it could literally save your marriage!
