I just heard about this new inject-able filler that can increase your breast size by at least a cup size and requires no surgery.   Here's how it works: A doctor numbs the underarm area, then injects a hyaluronic acid-based filler called Macrolane into the breast.  The procedure takes about 30-45minutes and requires local anesthetic.  This procedure is being performed in the UK, It has not yet been approved for use in the US.  One UK plastic surgeon warned that there are risks such as leakage of the filler out of the breast ducts and breast lumps.  He also warned that it should be performed by a certified doctor and not a nurse or aesthetician.

The the procedure costs about $4000 or and though the results are immediate, in only lasts for 12-18 months.  Over that period of time, the body absorbs the filler requiring you to add a bit more later. Sounds like something to look into if you are surgery-phobic but want to give those old breasts a little lift!  Read more about it and judge for yourself.
