My six pounds of belly fat are being recalled.

Yesterday, the American Medical Association released a study that confirms why healthy middle aged women tend to gain weight around the middle. No surprise...It's those lousy hormones. Not only can they make you stark raving crazy, they make low rider pants and tunic tops an absolute necessity.

In a nutshell, the findings suggest committing to one hour of exercise a day and cutting at least 200 calories a day out of your normal diet to get you to that ideal weight.

Why can't we recall the hormones? I can commit to the exercise but what can I do about cutting the calories?

Tough choices for tough times. Hmmm, the potato chips or the extra glass of wine?

    I say I DO exercise , ok so it's not an hour a day but I DO ..... I say we put Ben & Jerry out of business or when they see me coming *lol* lock the doors ......... I earned every gray , every pound and it is up to me and only me to get rid of it .........tummy tuck anyone ?
