Conchita Posner is "in the house".

You have to love stories like this. In case you missed it, deceased Miami Heiress, Gail Posner left her adored Chihuahua a three-million-dollar trust fund and another 27 million dollars to the staff of her Miami beach mansion so that they can live rent-free and continue to draw salaries while caring for her dog until she dies.

If this staff is smart, they'll do what I did with my kids favorite stuffed animals...you buy a duplicate just in case you lose the "beloved" one. Like, who will be around to tell? Call this the Poser Posner.

But seriously, the right way to do this is to get Conchita a mate, stage a brief wedding(I think the dog already has a diamond ring) and create a litter of more privileged pups. That way, the estate will continue to roll over to the next of kin.

This would be a reality show worth watching.
