Sunblock or Not?
Sometimes just a hat will do!
Really, need I say more? I have daily fights with my son about putting on sun block. Aside from the recent arguments that a little dose of vitamin D is suggested, we live in a very sunny climate and the UV rays are not good for the longevity I got planned for my kids. Then I saw this picture and thought it might be a good idea to suggest to my son that he switch his baseball caps for a little sombrero action.
What do you think?

Having just come from Mexico , I agree and learned the hard way Robbie. I was on an antibiotic and forgot about the equator and UV rays . Spent 4 hours in the pool and got 2nd to 3rd degree burns on the top of my legs . Tell him sunblock is better than pain . Took me 3 days before I could get pants on ........ live and learn I say

Hello! I live in the Sunshine State and five miles from the beach. We spend 2 hours everyday in the ocean and the sun. What do I use on my skin? I use between a 2-4 suntan screen. But I do wear a Gator baseball cap. I am in my mid 70's and we moved here for the climate. I still worship the sun. If you burn easily use something higher. Never a problem for this old broad!
