Hey audio book lovers, the Kama Sutra, the 1600 year old ancient sex guide, is now available as a "book on tape."

Audio books are a good exercise for your mind because they train your brain to access its visual thinking ability. They're also fabulous for long car trips, although I'm afraid to use them that way because they can draw you into a story and potentially take your mind off the road.

That being said, I'm not sure the Karma Sutra is a road book. It's being marketed as a "step-by-step manual for improving bedroom techniques, without the need to stop and start with constant reference to a book."

Although I haven't heard it yet myself, the reports say that it's narrated by a British actress.

Is it like Nanny McPhee?

The Karma Sutra contains advice on relationships and one of its chapters describes 64 types of sexual acts.

I mean seriously, if I want to listen to a bible-like-step-by-step manual for improving bedroom techniques, without the need to stop and start with constant reference to a book, then I would like someone like Javier Bardem to narrate for me.

Especially if there aren't any pictures.
