Brother Husbands

Forget TLC's "Sister Wives", this is a TV show that we want to see.

Can you imagine? There is a lot of heat for TLC's new reality TV show "Sister Wives," featuring a real-life advertising salesman and four women he calls his spouses. D'uh like who wouldn't know that it would start a criminal bigamy investigation by police.

Sister Wives follows the lives of Kody Brown, 41, the four women and their 16 children. Brown is legally married to just one of the women, but counts three others as "sister wives," a term in polygamist sects that refers to a husband's multiple marital partners.

Let's look at the flip side. Can you imagine yourself with multiple partners? Well, if we can pick ours like Kody can, hell yes.

Husband Number One, he'll have to take it for the team because like sister wives, he'll have to get the ball rolling. He's what we call the catch-all. Number One also has to have a very good smile because when the other husbands join in, he'll need his best "Hey I'm not jealous" game face. Husband Number Two, his role will be for renewed sex drive and mowing the yard. Husband Number Three, more renewed sex drive (and perhaps a bit younger) and taking out the garbage, oh and I forgot...driving car pool and maybe Costco runs. And lastly Husband Number Four, he'll be joining my marriage purely for his dancing ability.

Can we at least shoot the pilot?

I get to write the pilot as I have that "inside information" being that all of the rest of my cult wishes we would take on extra spouses....if I had wife #2, she would give me sponge baths and shiatsu massages...wife #3 would walk the dog; wife #4 would take care of wife #1; and wife #5 would work so I could stay home all day. Maybe Brigham Young DID have the right idea...

Ah yes, in the old days of robber barons you didn't have to bother with marriage, they were called servants, and before that they were, well never mind.
