Sexting
I woke up thinking about my Girls night out last night.
It's never too late to try and invigorate a marriage and a few women I know were talking about sexting with their spouses. Nothing like a hot email during the day to get the engines in gear. But there could be a few problems involved. For me, I think if I sexted my husband he would either:
A. Think it was spam
B. Get into a car accident
D. Drop everything and interrupt my manicure.
The other danger here is if your kids pick up your phone and stumble upon the texts or images one might send. One friends 6 year old asked her mother what cock hard meant when she saw an email from her dad to her mother. My friend spit out her coffee in horror.
All this said, I think it's not a bad idea and a lot cheaper than therapy. The other thing I learned at my girls night out was that the key to a successful marriage are the 2 F's: Food and Fucking. Simple, elegant and likely true. Maybe I could suggest the 2 F's to OPI and not worry about skipping the mani?

Laughed so hard I choked on my morning coffee and sprayed my computer. How do I explain that one to the MAC GENIUS BAR?

No sex at our age getting up in the AM reading the obits in the paper and not seeing your name is better than a jump in the hay but getting your nails done well let me think for a minute?

I had a friend who sexted a picture of her (bra-clad) bosom to her husband, who was on a long and tedious business trip. It went over so well that she then sent a shot of herself wearing the matching panties...which he never received. To this day she does not know who the happy recipient of said picture was, though she knows it is someone whose name starts with J. Just a reminder: double check that "to" field before you hit send!
