Getting Juiced
I hope that Santa can get this down my chimney.
After many failed attempts to get my family to eat green leafy vegetables (and iceberg lettuce does not count), I've decided to purchase a super powered juicer and fill it with tasty delights like spinach, swiss chard, mustard greens and those cruciferous, super healthy vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts, bok choy, and yes, I'm bringing back the kale too.
No longer will my kids walk into my house while I'm cooking broccoli or cauliflower and say, "Mom, it smells like ass in here".
I've been looking at a juicer that will probably dim the lights on my entire street when I turn it on. Hmmm...I may need to purchase some sound proof headsets as well.
I fully expect to turn my kitchen into a science lab and I'm already fantasizing about the different fruit/veggie combination's that I can create. Don't laugh...it's all in the name of getting properly juiced.

Carrot juice is the best. It takes about a pound of carrots to make about a cup but carrots leave a stain. So good. Also veggies make great soups. Good in cold weather. Enjoy Bon appetit! Grammy says" eat every carrot and pea on your plate" .

There are other options instead of juicing everything ............. you don't think all those combos will smell? Think before you buy and fly before you try I say

Be sure to add a green apple to your juice. These blogs always parallel my life. Starting my 3 day Blueprint Cleanse tomorrow. 6 juices for 3 days...yummy!
