Jet Stew
It seems so convenient, but the ala carte travel can wear a person out!
I traveled on a low budget airline today from LA to NYC and even in the "extra legroom" seats, it got on my nerves. I wish I never experienced the flying days of old so I couldn't compare it. Even the gross TV dinners the airlines used to serve in coach made me feel taken care of. At 7:30AM the airline staff starts bringing out the boxes of food they have to offer. They have snappy names like Carb Companion, Breakfast Blast and shit like that. Hot meals, such as they were, are a thing of the past. The man sitting next to me decided to pull out his own food which in this case was very garlic-y asian cuisine which smelled worse than my dog's farts. The food that gets offered by the airlines is so bad now that the guy had to bring his own STINKY-as SHIT, garlic festival of a breakfast on the plane. This is what I am saying. Passengers taking matters into their own hands by bringing their own slop onto the flights. I usually travel with hand sanitizer but the next time I travel my arsenal will include Febreeze and Lysol!

Robbie you just crack me up ............ I totally so agree with you . The flight attendants act like they are offering you an elegant 3 course meal. I once and only once decided to opt for "the meal" and let me tell you ......... Eating sardines( which I hate) would have been more satisfying. It's a shame but the airlines have become ridiculous when it comes to on board service . Think next time I will bring my limburger and onion sandwich but promise not to sit next to you *s*
P.S. I also hate limburger and onion sandwiches but not my hubby *g*
