I wish I had a small one.

Weenus is the slang word for the loose skin on your elbow. I know that sounds funny, but that's what you call it. You might think a weenus is something that's "out of sight, out of mind", but not for me. My weenus is borderline gynormous. In fact, I can hold a hair clip on my weenus when my elbow is in the bent position. Top that!

Adding insult to injury,  I am able to stare at my weenus three times a week in the 4 walled mirrors at my exercise class. If I stand in the back of the room, I can see everyone's weenus. Not that it's a contest, but I clearly have the biggest one. Unfortunately, it's the kind of thing that exercise can't fix.

Once again, no matter how hard you work it, spot reduction is a myth.
