Tech Support

Here's a website with no hang time!

When I'm stuck on the phone with tech support, trying to fix one of the many gadgets that I own, I have to be careful not to have a nervous breakdown. By the time I push the necessary buttons to get to the right person, I am usually so frustrated that I often end up screaming really hateful things at my phone. My family, if within earshot, finds this very comical. Just for the record, tech support should not feel like root canal.

Good news for all you wish-I-could-figure-this-out-myself-ers with the wonderful website called Tecca. It takes "How do I fix this?" to a whole new level.

I definitely don't use all of the features of my gadgets because I don't know how they f**king work. If you spend a little time on Tecca you will learn it fast.

Tecca believes that technology is only as useful as it can be understood – no jargon, gibberish tech specs, or insider terminology that only the kid down the street understands. Simple how to instructions. It's like... RosettaStone Geek.

So whether you’re interested in the latest and greatest or want to learn how to make the latest technology work for you or your family, Tecca will help you figure out how to use it, why it matters, and even where you can find the best prices.

Here's to pushing our own buttons!
