Grease Up
Two words have me practically drinking the stuff: PREMATURE AGING.
Forget that the sun oxidizes the sh*t out of your hair in the summer...that's an easy fix. It's the wrinkling and aging that will keep you busy all winter trying to repair the damage.
Hate to be a killjoy but, as pretty as the sun is, you need to protect yourself from its two damaging ultraviolet rays.
UVB rays are the ones that cause sunburns and UVA rays are the ones that cause wrinkling and aging. It goes without saying that both types of rays contribute to skin cancer, so do yourself a big favor and make sure that you pick a sunscreen that says BROAD SPECTRUM.
What about SPF? An SPF of at least 30 is recommended for daily use, and 50 is recommended if you are going to be in the sun all day.
Application is essential. Did you know that you're supposed to use a shot glass worth of sunscreen to cover your whole body? (My Ithaca is Gorges shot glass is finally seeing some new life!) Put those souvenirs to good use!
BTW, water resistance is a myth after 60 minutes of swimming or exercise. Re apply! Protect your beauteous self!
I really like the color that the sun brings but definitely not the wrinkles. Please, NOT THE WRINKLES!

Honey, I have been a sun worshippoer since I can remember so if there is any damage , already done. I do watch these days but I say every wrinkle I got , I earned so will wear them with pride. That's not to say I don't moisturize, I do .......... but what ever happens will happen and I will deal with it when it does. Now HOW'S THAT for denial ........... happy moisturizing
