Weight Training
I found out I was lifting more than I thought.
I was working out the other day and noticed that I was lifting more than I had thought I was from the week before. It is always a challenge to lift your own body while doing exercises. My trainer Chariesse always yells out "you build it you lift it!". Which refers to most any body part. Your ass, your legs, your arms, your entire body if you happen to be attempting pull ups. But I never figured that MY FACE would be a body part that would require extra effort to life.
I was doing a side plank and felt my cheek sagging down my face while I was lifting up. MY FACE?? Are you f'n kidding me? I realize that as we decend down the aging road, certain body parts start sinking or sagging. I knew about the boobs, the butt, the arms. I knew about stomach, the love handles. But never, not in a million years, did I expect to feel my face sagging while exercising! I knew what I saw in the mirror, but I just never expected what it would FEEL like. I'm just praying that it won't sag much more or I will need a device to keep it from going over my mouth and nose and suffocating.
Maybe tomorrow I will ask Chariesse if she has any face tightening exercises? Sit ups for the face? Who knows, maybe with some luck I will be able to smile without my cheeks hanging over my face. Just going to have to work that one into my daily exercise regime!

I was given an exercise for the face but I looked too damn funny with my mouth wide open in a big circle ......... what the hell, my big mouth is always open anyway .....try it , you'll like it
