Lasers

Pondering the merits of laser hair removal?

Once I started seeing more than one hair growing south out of my chin I knew I was in trouble.  I couldn't stop plucking the suckers and after months of nervously checking my chin in a magnifying mirror, I decided to go for the laser hair removal.  I have to admit that I was nervous when handed a phonebook sized stack of paper work to sign for the removal of just 3 lousy hairs.  Possible side affects included blindness if you open your eyes or didn't wear protective glasses during the procedure.  Really?   This aging thing is starting to get on my nerves.  I was told It was my "male" hormones causing the hair growth. Well that figures.  Another moment in beauty history.

The hair removal procedure takes about 2 minutes and wasn't as painful as I expected.  That and I kind of liked the shades they had me wear when they blasted my poor chin.  The laser reminded me of a stun gun and it made we wonder if cops used theirs in order to rid themselves of unwanted hair in between arresting bad guys?

At least 2 more sessions are required to get rid of the pesky hairs, I am starting to wonder if it is really worth the hassle and the $$.  Maybe I should just chuck the magnifying mirror and not sweat what I can't really see?  The upside of aging is that you can't really see the hairs very well  so if it doesn't work, I may not notice.

Wax it honey! The " House Of Wax" gave me idea and my face is still in contact and once every month is fine.
