The Stealth Diet
A friend of mine decided to try one of the food delivery diet programs.
She was excited to try it but didn't want her husband to know about it. Kind of tricky. Her strategy seemed simple: husband usually leaves early morning, leaving her time to grab the bag that was left at a strategically placed spot outside. She brings in the food and places it in a garage fridge that her husband rarely goes to. Whew! It worked for the first few days. Then it happened. Her husband decides to work from home for 3 mornings in a row. He sits in THE KITCHEN while she STARVES, waiting for him to leave, or shower or SOMETHING!! One day she manages to get the food to the garage without arousing suspicion. She wolfs down cold eggs in the garage at 11AM. He wonders why she is so cranky. Dodging questions, she perseveres. Dinner gets tricky also, as she makes up excuses for mot being hungry. After the 3rd day of this she finally confesses. She has lost 3 pounds from all then shenanigans, but it gets to be too much. Moral of the story? Forget the food, just try lying for a week!

Or............try zone bar for breakfast,moderate lunch and portioned controlled dinner AND nothing to eat after 7 PM. I have lost 13 pounds this way still have .......well not telling !

Girls let me tell you now! The best one is Weighwatchers. It is not a diet it is a way of eating healthy for the rest of your life. Just ask me. It works. 52 pounds gone! New husband? No just healthy!
