Clippings, Incorporated
They are slowly taking over my kitchen.
In theory, I love to cook. I have a million cookbooks and began clipping recipes quite a few years ago, pre internet. That means that I have files of them. They are old, they are yellowed, they are un-used pretty much since I clipped them. I am a recipe hoarder. Do they have an interventional TV show for that? If not, they should. I am not sure what is worse, the collection of unused recipes or my insatiable need to continue to clip them. The other sad part? Is that I generally cook the same shit all the time. Tried and true. How crazy is that? My friends and family tell me I should migrate over to the internet recipe thing. That way, I could have it with me at the market in my phone. I could actually peruse the recipes instead of leaving them at home, unused. In theory, that sounds great. In practice? Hmmmm. Time will tell. After I master that, I will have to stop clipping articles about new books!

Everytime I make a new recipe if it gets the hoorahs of my famil and my husband I put it in my own self made cookbook called Mom's recipes . I said first daughter who gets married can have it , sadly neither wants it . But I thought you said they were good recipes ?
