I love sushi and I love trying new sushi things , watching this guy eat made me hungry and what's with mixing wasabi with soy ? I eat wasabi right on my sushi or straight up. I love that wasabi burn , really opens your sinuses *lol* but then I guess I am a sushi warrior princess cause I LOVE sushi! This guy is right by the way I never getting sick eating sushi or sushimi, it's the stuff from the grocery that will do you in............. try it , you'll like it *s*

I am real. And available for lunch, just please ask my wife for permission. PS, anything that comes with a sauce on it does not get dunked in the soy. Also please dip the fish in the soy not the rice, which sucks up all the sauce and makes your rings not fit the next day.

BBQ? i make the best baby backs. a recipe from Chicago cook off. the key is basting and having good wood in the fire. drinking red wine helps too. soak wood for 1/2 before putting on fire for extra smoke. use a mixture of butter (lots), balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce and garlic to baste, cook 3-4 racks in a rib rack off the flame, low heat for 2 hours. baste every 20 minutes, after 2 hours use your favorite BBQ sauce for 1/2 hour more. i use combo of BBQ and hoisen sauce for hot and sweet flavor. finger lickin' good.

I know this guy and he IS FOR REAL! I have never had a better sushi experience then when dining with him. The only thing I disagree with is his description of uni...it DOES NOT taste like earth, it's more like what you think a sweaty armpit would taste like, ugh!
