Pre-order: estimated shipping time for pre-order is one week from the pre-order date, regardless of the method of shipment selected.

Domestic (USA):

Free shipping: Estimated 3-6 business days.

International orders:

Free shipping over $300+: Estimated 7 to 30+ business days.

We offer expedited shipping services, options will be available at checkout.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

MYPHEME LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card or refund. This does not include BOGO and final sale items.

We'll deduct $6 per order for the use of our return shipping label.

Return for exchange or store-credit is eligible for free return shipping label.

International orders may be returned for a full refund; however, international customers are required to cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend hand washing your item. If hand washing is not an option, please wash on a delicate cycle.
