Shipping policy

Processing time is about 1-2 business days. Shipping time is about 3-5 business days.

Please keep in mind that if you purchase expedited shipping services, weekend will not be counted as a shipping day.

For example, if you purchase Next Day Shipping by UPS on Friday, it means that the order will arrive on Monday/Tuesday, not Saturday.

We ship to most countries worldwide, via USPS/UPS for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges will be available at checkout, and the shipping rates are depend on the shipping address. However, we will notify if we offer free standard shipping, and you can find the notification on the top of the homepage. 

Tracking number and tracking link will be sent once we shipped your order.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. 

Packages undeliverable by the shipping carrier and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
